T opens the show talking about why he is more convinced than ever that fitness, exercise specifically, is for every single person, and that everybody needs to workout if they want to live a well balanced and fulfilled life. This leads him into discussing how to question your life in order to live that well balanced life, and what you should be asking yourself every day, if you want to improve and be better.  As a caveat to that he talks about how insane it is to try to get immediate results unnaturally, expecting them to "fix" your life, when you haven't tried a natural approach first and build a foundation of good habits.  Then he leads into his top 3 exercises for every muscle group, that should be done as part of every workout.

What workout split is best and why; full body every day, or upper/lower/legs split.
